MAMA HAS GONE TO REST

Mrs Veronica Moronkeji Baruwa (nee Kolejo) was born on the 2nd of April 1941 into a polygamous family of Mr Sani Ogede Kolejo of Idogi-Porogun District of Ijebu-Ode and Madam Teniola Kolejo (nee Okunneye) of Idowa town. She is the 3rd child of the family of 15 children.

Her father was a successful transporter whose transport business transverse the Western region to the Northern region of the country while her mother (aka Iya Elewe) was a successful trader who traded in the packaging leave for Kolanut. Her parents endeavored to give Moronkeji a befitting education at her time.
